🌿 Suggestions to Enhance Your Healing Session
Here are a few gentle ways to prepare so your healing experience is even more meaningful:
If you have a contagious illness or use a wheelchair or walker, please let us know in advance so accommodations can be prepared.
As Gene often reminds his students:
“The most embarrassing thing for a healer is to call in sick!”
Though shared with humor, it's a loving reminder that energy workers can absorb what others carry—so your care and awareness are appreciated.
- 📺 Watch the Interview: Start by viewing the TV interview on the top of the INTERVIEWS section of this site, where Gene explains the essence of energy healing.
- 🔋 Avoid Other Energy Work (If You Can): If possible, refrain from other forms of energy work at least one week before and after your session. But if not--come anyway. The healing will meet you where you are.
- 🌸 Skip Scents: As a courtesy to Gene (and for energetic clarity), please avoid wearing perfume, aftershave, or essential oils to any in-person session.
- 😴 Rest Well: A good night’s sleep before your session is ideal. If that’s not possible--come anyway. You’ll still benefit deeply.
- 🍽️ Eat Lightly: Please eat before your session so your focus can stay on healing rather than hunger.
- 💧 Nourish Your Body: In the week leading up to your session, drink plenty of water, reduce sugar, and try to eat more leafy greens. And yes--come anyway, even if you can’t!
- 🧘♀️ Reflect Inwardly: Spend a little time beforehand considering what you’d like to shift—physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. Setting a gentle intention can help guide the work.
- 🕊️ Release Expectations: Try to arrive open and relaxed. Let the experience unfold naturally—without pressure or specific outcomes in mind.
- 👕 Dress Comfortably: Wear relaxed, cozy clothing and prepare to receive something beautiful.
