Meditation as Medication...
Whenever I hear term Meditation
I picture a guru sitting on top of a mountain.
But actually any action can be Meditative
when one is mindful of what they are doing
and focused on being in the moment while
having the intention behind it.
Sitting, walking, singing, playing or
listening to music and even sleeping
can have a meditative benefit!
Recognizing your connection
to your Source of Divine Energy
empowers the benefits
and even enhances your healing abilities
(as in a sense, we are all healers).
It also strengthens your connections
to all those whom you love.
Expanding that focus to acknowledge
all people, places, living creatures
and eventually the universe
not only increases one’s vision
but expands ourselves tremendously
as spiritual beings.
If you do this regularly, you might even
become aware that it all exists within you!
Wishing you a lifetime of meditative bliss!
With love, smiles & hugs,
Gene
