❤️‍🩹 Fixing Broken Hearts

Many people come from all over the world to see me with the hopes that I'll help them fix their broken hearts.* Most are bereaved, having lost children, spouses, parents and are understandably very upset. 

The first thing to understand is that we are all immortal spirits living inside of bodies which gives us the illusion that we are separate from each other, but as spirits we are all connected, which makes it impossible to lose your connection to someone you love, even if that person dies, as they've only lost their body, but their spirit — which animated that body and gave it its personality still exists! 

The problem is that due to a loved one's departure, my clients are left with all of this painful grief and emotion which sits in their hearts, also blocking the communication lines between them and those whom they've lost, preventing them from feeling a connection to their loved one's presence. 

Because we associate that pain with the person who left, in an irrational way, we tend to hold onto it, thinking that if we were to let go of it, we'd also let go of the memories of that person as well — which is not true. 

I tell them that, if you were to let go of that pain you could think of that person in vivid detail without ever getting a tear in your eye. You could send them thoughts, receive their thoughts and even feel their presence when they come and visit -- and they DO come and visit every once in a while!
Realize that the past no longer exists. All we have is the present. But the remnants of energy that's been left behind in our bodies from past trauma is still there. By releasing it we free ourselves from the past, allowing us to create a new future — one of our own choosing.

People hold onto their pain because of their need to "have things" and since their pain has become so familiar, they'd rather have their own pain than the fear of having nothing at all. As I get them to feel and release the pain, I pull it out energetically, replacing it with unconditional love coming from a Divine source — which is a welcomed exchange. Love is the key and it's the only thing that heals!

By the way, this method works with all forms of heartbreak, not only the pain due to having lost someone. —Gene

* Our present medical establishment has recently identified what they call "Broken-Heart Syndrome" or "takostubo cardiomyopathy" as the cause of something very similar to a heart attack without evidence of the usual blocked arteries.
