ON ENERGY HEALING FOR BEGINNERS
(A Day of Healing)
Have you ever considered becoming an energy healer? This class will serve as an intro to explore that possibility. We'll touch upon the basics of working with energy, where it comes from and how to access it, the aura, the chakra system and the issues which tend to block our natural intake of energy, leaving us susceptible to dis-ease. Hands-on-Healing and Distance Healing will be explained as well as techniques that can be used in the healing of the mind, body and spirit – something that we all need, especially considering the events over the past few years. In the second half of this class we'll be applying what we've learned so far, as well as practicing various techniques of "running" energy on someone else with the goal of unblocking the chakras thus bringing about a sense of relief and well-being. Energy exercises will be practiced in addition to dealing with issues such as spiritual protection and getting rid of negative energy.
